I did not receive my verification email
What to do when your Sendwin account verification email doesn't arrive, from spam checks to resending.
Sendwin accounts support email verification (and two-factor authentication) to keep your account secure. If a verification email hasn't shown up, it's almost always a delivery delay or a filtering issue rather than a problem with your account. Work through the checks below.
Give it a few minutes and check the right folder
- Wait a couple of minutes, delivery isn't always instant.
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Search your mailbox for messages from
send.win. - Confirm you're looking in the mailbox for the exact address you signed up with, a typo in the address is a common cause.
Resend the email
Sign in to the portal at portal.send.win and request the verification email again. Resending generates a fresh message, use the newest one, since older links may no longer be valid.
Make sure Sendwin mail can reach you
- 1Add
send.winto your safe-senders or contacts so future mail isn't filtered. - 2Check that your mailbox isn't full and isn't blocking unknown senders.
- 3If you use strict corporate or school email filtering, try a personal address you control.
Tip
Every account starts with a 30-day free trial ($0 up front), so you can keep exploring while you sort out verification, you don't need to solve it before getting started.
Note
If nothing arrives after resending and checking spam, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we'll help confirm and verify it.
