This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains what you may and may not do with Sendwin — the desktop app, the cloud browser, the account portal and every related service (together, the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to it.
1. What Sendwin is for
Sendwin lets you keep separate, isolated browser profiles — each with its own cookies, storage, fingerprint settings and network route — and share access to them with your team without sharing passwords. It exists so that professionals and teams can manage the accounts they are responsible for in an organised, private and secure way: agencies looking after client accounts, brands and sellers running several storefronts, support and QA teams testing from different regions, and people who want their work and personal browsing kept apart.
2. Your responsibilities
You may use Sendwin only with accounts, websites and data that you own or are explicitly authorised to manage. You are responsible for:
- complying with the terms of service, community guidelines and account rules of every website or platform you use through Sendwin;
- complying with all laws that apply to you, including data-protection, consumer-protection, advertising, anti-spam and computer-misuse laws;
- everything that happens through your account, and through the accounts of the team members you invite.
Where a platform limits how many accounts a person or business may hold, or requires permission before you manage someone else's account, those rules apply to you in full. Sendwin does not change them, and nothing on our website or in our product should be read as permission to break them.
3. Prohibited uses
You must not use Sendwin to:
- create, buy, sell or operate accounts you are not entitled to hold — including fake accounts, bulk-registered accounts or accounts registered under a false identity;
- evade a suspension, ban, verification step or other enforcement action a platform has taken against you, or help someone else do so;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, run outreach that violates anti-spam laws, or harvest contact details;
- scrape, crawl or extract data from a website in breach of its terms or applicable law;
- manipulate reviews, ratings, votes, views, followers, engagement, advertising systems, referral programmes, giveaways or marketplaces, or engage in click fraud or ad fraud;
- commit fraud, launder money, resell or "farm" accounts, or facilitate payment or identity fraud;
- harass, stalk, threaten or impersonate any person or organisation;
- gain unauthorised access to any system, interfere with any service, or distribute malware;
- infringe anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- do anything illegal, or help anyone else do any of the above.
Using Sendwin at a scale, speed or pattern that a reasonable person would recognise as automated abuse of a third-party service is prohibited even if no single rule above names it.
4. Limits we build in and enforce
Sendwin is built for human-operated browsing, and we keep it that way:
- every plan has a fixed number of saved profiles (150 on Pro, 500 on Team — see Pricing) and a server-enforced limit of 50 profiles open at the same time per account;
- there is no bulk account creation feature, and we do not offer or support an automation API, SDK or headless mode on any plan;
- the cloud browser streams a single interactive session to the person who opened it, and to anyone they choose to share it with, and has no customer-facing automation interface;
- residential proxy bandwidth is metered per plan;
- every new account agrees to this Policy when it is created, existing accounts are asked to accept it the next time they sign in, and we log plan usage (profiles created, launches, proxy bandwidth) and review accounts whose usage pattern suggests abuse.
5. Enforcement
If we believe an account is being used in breach of this Policy we may warn the account holder, limit features, suspend or terminate the account, and cancel the subscription without refund. We may also report illegal activity to the relevant authorities. We make these decisions at our reasonable discretion and will tell you what we did and why, unless we are legally prevented from doing so. Where a payment processor, merchant of record or platform asks us about an account, we cooperate within the limits of our Privacy Policy.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe a Sendwin customer is violating this Policy, email support@send.win with the details you have (the platform, the accounts or content involved, and what happened). We review every report and act on the ones we can verify.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If a change materially restricts what you can do, we will tell existing customers by email before it takes effect.
