Welcome to Sendwin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sendwin website, desktop app, cloud browser, account portal and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Sendwin LLC ("Sendwin", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Sendwin is
Sendwin is a browser profile manager. It lets you keep separate, isolated browser profiles — each with its own cookies, storage, fingerprint settings and proxy — on your own computer and in a cloud browser, and share access to them with your team without sharing passwords. It is built for professionals and teams who manage several accounts they are responsible for, such as agencies running client accounts, sellers with several storefronts, and QA or support teams testing as different users.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for every action taken through your account, and for the team members you invite.
- Accounts are for a single person or organisation. Reselling access, or sharing one account between unrelated parties, is not permitted.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Sendwin only with accounts, websites and data that you own or are explicitly authorised to manage, and only in compliance with the terms, rules and guidelines of every website or platform you use through the Service, and with applicable law.
In particular, you must not use Sendwin to operate fake or bulk-registered accounts, evade a platform's suspension, ban or verification measures, send spam, scrape data in breach of a site's terms, manipulate engagement, reviews or advertising systems, commit fraud, or do anything else listed in our Acceptable Use Policy. That Policy is part of these Terms, and a breach of it is a breach of these Terms.
Sendwin is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of any website or platform you may use it with. Using Sendwin does not make an otherwise prohibited activity permitted, and you remain solely responsible for how you use any third-party service.
4. Plans, limits and fair use
- Each plan includes a fixed number of saved browser profiles, residential-proxy bandwidth, cloud sessions, cloud-synced profiles and team seats, as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Limits are enforced by the Service. Among other things, every account may have at most 50 profiles open at the same time, saved profiles are capped per plan, and proxy bandwidth is metered monthly. Add-ons can extend some limits.
- We may adjust limits, features or the engine behind the Service at any time, including during a paid period.
- The free account gives access to a time-limited cloud browser demo only. It does not include the desktop app.
5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
- Sendwin's paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Card subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled: you can cancel at any time from your account portal, and your plan then stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. A crypto purchase covers a fixed 30 or 365 days and does not renew.
- There is no free trial. Your first card purchase of a paid plan is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee, as described in the Refund Policy. Renewal charges and consumed usage-based add-ons are not refundable except as described there or as required by law.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, which may act as the merchant of record for your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars, and checkout charges the price shown, with no tax added on top. A subscription billed by a merchant of record may include VAT or sales tax where the law requires it, as shown at its checkout.
- We may change plan pricing with at least 14 days' notice; a new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is settled.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, engine, design, text and trademarks, is owned by Sendwin or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer (except where the law permits), resell or create derivative works of the Service.
7. Your data and content
- Profiles, cookies, logins and other data you keep in Sendwin remain yours. Profile backups are encrypted on your device with a key that never leaves it; logins you sync or share and per-profile 2FA secrets are stored encrypted on our servers, as our Privacy Policy describes.
- You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service for you — for example, to store your encrypted profile data, stream a cloud session to you, and share a profile with a teammate you choose.
- How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Prohibited activities against the Service
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems, interfere with or disrupt it, probe or test its security without written permission, upload malicious code, or use the Service to build a competing product.
9. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use creates legal, security or payment-processing risk for us, if a payment is disputed, or if the law requires it. Subscriptions ended for a breach are not refunded.
- You may close your account at any time from the portal. Local profiles stay on your machine; cloud data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Where reasonable, we will tell you why we acted and give you an opportunity to respond.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any third-party website or platform will treat accounts you manage with Sendwin in any particular way. Whether a platform accepts, limits or closes an account is that platform's decision under its own rules.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sendwin and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or accounts, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including non-waivable consumer rights in your country.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sendwin, its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, damage, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date; where a change is material we will also tell existing customers by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection law in the country where you live.
