Acceptable use: what Sendwin is for

Sendwin is for accounts you own or are authorised to manage. A plain-language summary of our Acceptable Use Policy: what's allowed, what's prohibited, the limits we enforce and how to report abuse.

Sendwin keeps separate, isolated browser profiles — each with its own cookies, storage, fingerprint settings and proxy — and lets you share access to them with your team without sharing passwords. It exists so professionals and teams can manage the accounts they are responsible for in an organised, private and secure way. This article summarises the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions and which every account agrees to at signup.

What's allowed: accounts you own or are authorised to manage

  • An agency managing client accounts the client has authorised it to run.
  • A brand or seller keeping several storefronts, marketplaces and brand accounts organised and signed in, where the platform allows them.
  • A support, QA or development team testing as different users and regions, with test accounts kept away from production logins.
  • Anyone keeping work and personal browsing apart.

You are responsible for following the terms of service and account rules of every website you use through Sendwin, and the laws that apply to you. Where a platform limits how many accounts a person or business may hold, or requires permission before you manage someone else's account, those rules apply to you in full. Nothing on our website or in the product should be read as permission to break them.

What's prohibited

  • Creating, buying, selling or operating accounts you aren't entitled to hold — fake accounts, bulk-registered accounts, or accounts under a false identity.
  • Getting around a suspension, verification step or other enforcement action a platform has taken against you, or helping someone else do so.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, and harvesting contact details.
  • Scraping or extracting data from a website in breach of its terms or the law.
  • Manipulating reviews, ratings, votes, followers, engagement, advertising systems, referral programmes or marketplaces, including click fraud and ad fraud.
  • Fraud, money laundering, account reselling or "farming", and payment or identity fraud.
  • Harassment, impersonation, unauthorised access to any system, malware, or infringing anyone's rights.
  • Using Sendwin at a scale, speed or pattern that a reasonable person would recognise as automated abuse of a third-party service, even if no rule above names it.

The limits we build in and enforce

  • A fixed number of saved profiles per plan: 150 on Pro, 500 on Team.
  • A server-enforced limit of 50 profiles open at the same time per account.
  • No bulk account creation, and we do not offer or support an automation API, SDK or headless mode on any plan.
  • The cloud browser streams a single interactive session to the person who opened it, and to anyone they choose to share it with.
  • Residential proxy bandwidth is metered per plan.
  • Plan usage — profiles created, launches, proxy bandwidth — is logged, and accounts whose usage pattern suggests abuse are reviewed.

Enforcement

If we believe an account is being used in breach of the policy we may warn the account holder, limit features, suspend or terminate the account, and cancel the subscription without refund. We may also report illegal activity to the relevant authorities, and we cooperate with payment processors and platforms that ask about an account, within the limits of our Privacy Policy.

Reporting abuse

If you believe a Sendwin customer is violating the policy, email support@send.win with the platform, the accounts or content involved and what happened. We review every report and act on the ones we can verify.

Note
