Share a profile (paid-to-paid only)

Profile sharing lets a teammate open one of your browser profiles with your current site login already in place — useful for handing an account to a colleague without giving them your password. This is a desktop feature and is paid-to-paid only.

Both you and the recipient must be on a paid plan (Pro or Team). A Free-plan recipient cannot open a shared profile — instead of a Launch option they see an upgrade prompt.

Before you share

• The profile must be cloud-synced. Use Sync now first so its current site login is published to the cloud.
• You and the recipient must both be on a paid plan.
• The recipient must be signed in with their own Sendwin account.

Share the profile

1. 1Make sure the profile is synced — run Sync now so the latest login travels with it.
2. 2Open the profile and choose the share action.
3. 3Pick the teammate to share with.
4. 4Choose an expiry from the presets (from 15 minutes up to 30 days).
5. 5Confirm. The teammate can now Launch the shared profile, and it opens with your current login until the expiry you set.

What recipients can and can't do

• They can Launch the profile until it expires.
• They cannot edit, delete or re-share it.
• You can cancel the share at any time.
