Invite teammates and team seats
How team seats work on Pro and Team plans, and what teammates can do once they join your account.
Sendwin's paid plans include team seats so you can bring colleagues onto the same account and collaborate on profiles. Seats are what let more than one person work under your plan at the same time.
The number of seats depends on your plan, and seats are what unlock the two kinds of sharing (profile sharing and cloud session sharing) between the people on your account.
How many seats you get
- Free — a single account, no team seats.
- Pro ($9.99/mo) — 6 team seats.
- Team ($29.99/mo) — 16 team seats.
Getting teammates onto your plan
- 1Sign in to the portal at
portal.send.winwith the account that owns the plan. - 2Open your team settings and add a teammate to one of your available seats.
- 3Have the teammate sign in — in the desktop app they click Sign in with browser, which opens the portal to sign in normally (Google sign-in and 2FA are supported). They never type a password into the app.
Note
Profile sharing is paid-to-paid only — both you and the teammate must be on a paid plan for a shared profile to open. A Free-plan recipient sees an upgrade prompt instead of a Launch option.
What a seat lets a teammate do
Once a teammate is on a paid seat, you can share cloud-synced profiles with them (they can Launch, but not edit, delete or re-share) and hand off running cloud sessions. Cloud session sharing lets you pass 20 sessions on Pro and 50 on Team to other users, who open the same live browser already signed in.
