Sync a profile login across your devices
Sync now saves a profile to the cloud and publishes its login so it opens already signed in on your other computers.
Sync now saves a profile to the cloud and publishes its current site login. When you launch that same profile on another computer signed in with the same account, it opens already logged in, with no password to re-type.
Only the login for the profile's main site travels, and it's just a few kilobytes, so a sync is near-instant. The most recent Sync wins, so the latest login is the one your other devices pick up.
Sync a profile
- 1Open the profile and sign into its main site as usual.
- 2Choose Sync now to save the profile and publish its current login.
- 3On your other computer, sign in to Sendwin with the same account.
- 4Launch the same profile. It opens already logged in.
Good to know
- Profiles are encrypted on your device before any cloud sync.
- Synced profiles also work with run-in-cloud, keeping the same login.
- Your plan sets how many profiles you can sync: 20 on Pro, 100 on Team.
Heads up
Because most-recent-Sync-wins, always Sync from the device where you last logged in, so an older session doesn't overwrite a newer one.
Note
Sync publishes a login only to your own signed-in devices. To let a teammate open a profile, use profile sharing instead, which is available between paid plans.
