Share a live cloud session
Hand a running cloud session to a paid teammate — they open the same live browser, signed in, with view/control and an expiry.
Cloud session sharing lets you hand a running cloud session to another user. They open the same live browser in their own tab, already signed in — no password to pass along.
This is different from profile sharing on the desktop, which hands over a synced profile for them to Launch on their own machine. Cloud session sharing is your same live browser, in real time, on Sendwin's server.
Who you can share with
Cloud sessions are shared paid-to-paid: the person you share with must also be on a paid plan (Pro or Team). If you try to share with someone on the Free plan, Sendwin refuses the share and they're prompted to upgrade — the same rule the desktop profile share uses.
How to share
- 1Run the profile in the cloud so you have a live session.
- 2Choose Share and enter the recipient's email (or pick a team).
- 3Choose view or control, and set an expiry — a per-user share always needs one.
- 4They open it from their side and land in the same live browser, already signed in.
View or control
- View — they can watch the live session but not interact.
- Control — they can operate the session (click, type, navigate) alongside you.
How many you can share
- Pro — share 20 cloud sessions.
- Team — share 50 cloud sessions.
Tip
On Team plans you can also add block or redirect page rules so someone you share with can't stray onto certain pages — see “Block or redirect pages in a shared session”.
Note
You can stop sharing at any time, and every per-user share carries an expiry, so access ends automatically when the time runs out.
Heads up
A shared cloud session is the same live browser you're both looking at — treat it like handing over an open, signed-in window and only share with people you trust.
