Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan
Change between Free, Pro and Team, switch monthly or yearly billing, or cancel — all from the portal.
You manage your subscription from the Sendwin portal at portal.send.win. From there you can move up to a higher plan, move down to a lower one, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or cancel.
Upgrade

portal.send.win. - 2Open your plan or billing section and choose Pro or Team.
- 3Confirm monthly or yearly billing and complete checkout.
- 4Your new, higher limits (profiles, proxy GB, cloud sessions, seats) apply right away.
Downgrade
You can move to a lower plan the same way. Keep in mind that a lower plan has smaller limits — for example, fewer profiles, less proxy data and fewer synced profiles — so make sure your current usage fits within the plan you're switching to before you confirm.
Cancel
Cancel from the same billing section in the portal. After cancellation your account stays on the Free plan, which keeps 10 local profiles, 1 proxy GB, 1 saved cloud session and 10 cloud minutes per day.
Heads up
Before downgrading or cancelling, check that your active profiles, synced profiles and running cloud sessions fit within the lower plan's limits to avoid hitting a cap.
